Glacier Ice

Glacier ice is beautiful.  And it is the sky; quality of or absence of light, which creates the deep blue colors.  These images were captured outside of Valdez, Alaska.  Ice caves are fascinating and eerie places to visit.  Always be carefu of calving ice, which is dangerous to life and limb.
